Daily Warm Up plus
 2 rounds of
-10 star jumps
-10 mountain climbers

WOD:
"ANNIE"
For time, 50-40-30-20-10 reps per round of:
-double unders*
-sit ups
* if you can do double unders then sub 3 single jump ropes for every 1 double under
50 DUs = 150 single jump ropes
40 DUs = 120 singles jump ropes
30 DUs = 90 singles jump ropes
20 DUs = 60 singles jump ropes
10 DUs = 30 singles jump ropes
